Dear Jim,

This letter is in recognition of the outstanding work today from Julio and his crew with the move at my father, Michael Lendino’s condo in Park Ridge for transport to Florida.

Julio, Oscar and Patricia arrived on the job this morning to face, through no fault of their own, a number of unknown obstacles. I witnessed Julio handle a very difficult neighbor with much restraint, poise and a calm demeanor. This neighbor wanted to do nothing but make our lives miserable for the short time we were going to be there; yet, Julio was polite and professional in the face of conflict in dealing with this man who was unwilling to reason.

When Julio left to exchange trucks, Oscar and Patricia stayed behind to pack the contents of the condo. They both were very pleasant and respectful as they boxed my father’s belongings with the care as if they were handling their own. Upon Julio’s return, I watched him and Oscar wrap the the furniture and delicate items, taking the time and making sure each item was protected from damage and then everything was properly accounted for. They certainly made the handling of a very heavy job look easy.

I feel Julio and his crew’s services demand recognition because they went above and beyond. Julio is indeed the “Employee of the Month” in our book. If gold stars were awarded he should definitely get one. In today’s world, it is always refreshing to come across individuals with the dedication, as Julio, Oscar and Patricia displayed.

Please refer our sincere appreciation to Julio, Oscar and Patricia for a job well done. Jim, please let me know that you received this note and will be forwarding it to your Operations Manager so he is aware, as well, as to the fine caliber of people your organization has representing them.

I hope Julio has a safe trip to Florida and an easier time with the delivery of the furniture as compared with his experience today. Thank you, Jim.

Hello Jim,

I wanted to thank you for organizing the move for us from NJ to Fla. It was done very professionally and Julio, who delivered and unloaded was polite, conscientious and professional. He really took care of our belongings and did a great job! I called in and left a message on Ed’s phone mail, expressing my thanks. His helper here also did a good job as well. Please let him know that the table screws for the long table were found attached to the chair handle. I know he was concerned about them, and even offered to send them to us, if he came across them on the trailer.

Thanks so much again! Please also send a thank you to Lauren as well, for scheduling and coordinating the move as well!

MY HUSBAND AND I MOVED FROM BERGEN COUNTY TO JACKSON N.J. ON MARCH 14TH. WE WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW HOW HAPPY WE WERE WITH THE WONDERFUL SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM YOUR COMPANY. JOHN AND THE TWO MAN WITH HIM WERE SO PROFESSIONAL THAT THEY MADE US FEEL RIGHT FROM THE START WE HAD NO WORRIES. WE ALSO HAD THE CONTENTS OF OUR HOUSE ON THE VAN FOR 2 DAYS SO TO FEEL SO SECURE WITH THE COMPANY WAS A PLUS FOR US.

On 2/23/08 your men moved me from North Carolina to Wall, N.J. The two men, Sabastian & Mike were a delightful surprise. From the moment of pick up to moment of delivery, which was surprisingly speedy, your men were always courteous, respectful, professional and even fun! I can not say enough good things regarding these two men and also of Lauren, the coordinator who was always available for my many questions. This team is most certainly an asset to your company and I’m sure valued employees.

I would not hesitate to recommend your moving service to my friends. Thank your team for making what is usually a horror show to a extremely pleasant experience.

Hello,

I want to thank you for the service your company and staff provide last week. We moved last Monday, within Wyckoff. Your crew were professional and courteous. George, the crew leader was great. We have three young boys that are very active. Your men were very aware of their presence and were continuously looking out for their safety. In what was a very demanding experience for my wife and myself, buying, selling and moving, your company and people were a pleasure and very much appreciated.

The recent move to North Carolina is the third time family members have depended on Wade Odell Wade to move our belongings. As usual the office staff was great, the truck crew was courteous and very professional, and everything arrived on time and in good shape.

I hope we don’t have to move again – but if we do you will certainly get the call.

Just taking the opportunity to say a big thank you to you and Wade Odell Wade for handling our recent move to Florida.

The driver, James F. and his team (at both ends), handled our furniture and personal effects with great care and made the whole process as pleasant as possible. They were polite, efficient, and very professional. They are a credit to your company and we would definitely request James as the driver to do the next batch of furniture.
